KARINE ROY
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
I am one of those who believe that adversity can be an invaluable source of transformation when we discover the resources necessary to face it. Although it is not pleasant, it pushes us towards resilience and continuous self-transformation.
I am a mother and a woman who had her share of challenges in life. Today, I can say that these difficulties have also allowed me to grow as a person and become a better version of myself.

I consider that the client is the expert of his life and his situation and that he has, within him, the necessary resources to face adversity, regardless of the form it takes in his life.

I hold several university degrees and I have also completed training in domestic violence, sexual abuse and trauma, and I am therefore aware of these issues and their challenges.

Whoever you are, no matter where you come from, we all come together somewhere through our humanity… So I simply invite you to dare to be!
